Uber for Business in Portugal is growing fast! Were looking for someone passionate about building strong business relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving impactful solutions.
 
What will be your mission?
- Manage with Precision: Develop a clear launch pipeline and manage client ramp-ups proactively;
- Drive Customer Success: Lead smooth onboarding experiences for new and high-growth clients and preparing a go-to market plan and sales strategy;
- Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to engage prospect clients, close deals, and expand existing customer relationships;
- Deliver Data-Driven Results: Conduct onboarding and implementation processes based on data analysis to ensure full adoption of our solutions.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Address and resolve client challenges using Uber's innovative solutions;
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling;
- Sales Growth: Prospect potential clients, manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closing, and ensure business expansion across verticals.

What are we looking for?
- 3 years in B2B account management, customer success or onboarding;
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage diverse stakeholders;
- Customer Focus: A detail-oriented, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering unparalleled customer success;
- Communication Skills: Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills in both Portuguese and business-level English;
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and easily adjust to evolving business needs.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in B2B onboarding or account management.

- Contract with Adecco RH, with the possibility of continuity through performance and business development;
- Attractive salary package food allowance (7.63/day);
- Full-time position, from 09H00 to 18H00 Monday to Friday;
- Hybrid position, 2 per week in home-office and 3 days in Lisbons office (with presence at client offices to ensure top-tier service);
